In compact, lunchtime sessions, Mindful Mondays offer a space for cultivating presence, awareness, and resilience in the face of life's challenges. The program includes guided meditation and Q&A. Many find it easier to practice meditation with a community of others, so we hope you'll join us for a mindfulness break, with takeaways for your teaching and life. Experienced and first-time meditators are welcomed.

When: 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. on 1st and 3rd Monday of each month
