Meet Eric, the Associate Director, Hybrid & Faculty Development Support Programs at the Center for the Advancement of Teaching. An FIU alumni, Eric joined FIU in 2010 as an instructional designer before transitioning to CAT in 2016. At CAT, Eric works with online and hybrid courses and collaborates across units on faculty development and educational technology projects. Eric can help you with designing an online or hybrid course, online pedagogy, teaching and learning best practices, backward design, and available resources for faculty teaching online or hybrid courses.
